Blue, the spirit & healing color. A color that has followed me for a year now.
Starting to work with blue color gave me a frustrating feeling, it was a color I had never worked with before.
I tried many times to paint with blue but it never turned out well. But my dreams forced me to continue with the color..
So one day I figured out how to paint with blue to make it blend like velvety water.
I had to let go of my one´s limits, prestige and perfection. Limiting myself only made me feel like a failure and there was no time for it.
Finally, magic is created with my guardian angels, they give med the feeling of the oracle in movie Never ending story..
So much I love that feeling.
My beautiful angels adorns my summer atelier, I am so grateful that I managed to overcome my hesitation.

A fairytale world captured in a sculpture
Hunting & dreaming about fairy creatures made me actively want these unique animals in print, to really be able to touch & admire them.
But I could never in my wildest imagination belive that I had the knowledge of creating sculptures, but you have to test before you say you can´t fix it!
Papier maché was completely foreign for me, but after some research I was sure that this material would suit me well.
And contrary to the belief that these are thin sculptures that break at the slightest touch, you couldn´t be more wrong!
My sculptures weigh several kilos and I had to both saw and drill them with great force in order to get the right shape for my sculptures.
Papier maché is fantastic to work with and easily to shape, when the material still is wet.
The material offers great opportunities to create a beautiful fantasy world, and that is exactly what I create.
